PlugStream Sentinel

EO Charging customer support options

A practical continuity route for commercial, workplace and fleet charging sites.

If your organisation uses EO Charging hardware, EO Cloud or EO-managed charging infrastructure, you may be reviewing your support, platform and continuity options.

PlugStream Sentinel can help assess your existing estate, preserve working hardware where practical, migrate supported OCPP chargers where possible, and only recommend replacement where needed.

Assess first. Preserve where practical. Migrate where possible. Replace only where needed.

Factual context

Why customers are reviewing their options

Juuce Limited, trading as EO Charging, entered administration on 8 April 2026. PwC's public administration page states that the administrators will continue to trade the business on a limited basis where appropriate in order to support customers while seeking to realise the company's assets in an orderly manner.

PlugStream is not EO Charging and is not affiliated with EO Charging or PwC. We are offering practical support to customers who need to understand their options.

Continuity

How PlugStream Sentinel can help

Estate assessment

Capture charger models, site details, platform access, connectivity, load management and current operational risks.

OCPP migration review

Assess whether supported chargers can be migrated to the PlugStream platform without immediate replacement.

Support and monitoring

Onboard supported sites into PlugStream Sentinel for monitoring, reporting, issue response and ongoing support.

Connectivity review

Check whether the site depends on EO-managed SIMs, routers or network services and identify replacement options where needed.

Load management review

Identify whether site-level load management is present and whether it affects migration or replacement planning.

Staged replacement plan

Where existing hardware is locked, unsupported or not economical to maintain, we can propose staged replacement rather than a disruptive rip-and-replace approach.

Preparation

What to prepare before speaking to us

Start with what you know. We can help identify the rest during the assessment.

  • Site address or addresses
  • Number of charge points at each site
  • Charger model names, if known
  • Photos of charger labels and serial numbers
  • Whether you currently have EO Cloud access
  • Whether any chargers are offline or faulted
  • Whether the site uses RFID cards, driver accounts or payment features
  • Whether there is an EO Hub or other load management equipment on site
  • Whether the chargers use Ethernet, Wi-Fi or SIM connectivity
  • Any fault messages, screenshots or support notes
  • Existing installer or maintenance provider details

Safety

Immediate safety issue?

If there is visible damage, overheating, burning smell, water ingress, exposed wiring, repeated breaker trips or any other safety concern, stop using the affected charger and contact a suitably qualified electrician or EV charge point installer. PlugStream can help coordinate next steps, but unsafe electrical equipment should not be remotely troubleshooted while in use.
